Please contact Michael P. Weiser, Chief of Police for an appointment. Vehicles to be sold are on display at the Maxatawny Twp. Building, 127 Quarry Road Kutztown, PA 19530 in the upper parking lot.

Bids must be received at the Berks-Lehigh Regional Department at 127 Quarry Road Suite "B" Kutztown, PA 19530 on or before 12:00 noon , on May 17th, 2010. Bids will be opened and awarded on May 17th, 2010 at the Police Commission Meeting held at 7:00 pm, at the Borough of Topton Municipal Building, 205 South Callowhill Street Topton, PA 19562. All vehicles are defined "As Is" condition.

All bids must be prepared in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation. The original and two copies of each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled to show the following:

• The name and address and phone number of the bidder and the amount
• The title: Vehicle #1 2001 Ford Crown Victoria #8736

All bids shall be mailed to the address listed below and the word "Bid" on the envelope.  Vehicle must be picked up within (30) thirty days after receiving notice of winning bid.
